How Does It Work? 

1. Find the right experience 

Where do you want to go? Choose your location then use the filters to find the right experience for you, search by experience type, category, price  or by keyword. Not fully decided you can add experiences to your Wishlist and revisit them later. 

2.Book It 

 Once you find the experience your interested in  submit a reservation request by clicking "book now". Once this is done you can begin to talk with your host and get more information.  

3. Time to Enjoy 

All that is left to do is to meet up with your host at the agreed location and specific time. 

4. Post a Review 

Once your activity completed, we'll kindly ask you to write a review about your experience. By doing so you'll be improving the community and helping future travelers making the right decisions when choosing activities. Our main focus is to create a safe platform  leaving a feedback will definitely help us in achieving that goal. 



How to Register? 

It's free to signup, all you have to do is create an account via our website. You can connect Via your social accounts (Facebook & Google+) this will automatically complete part of your profile and verify your account. You can also register with an email account. It's worth noting none of the information your provide to West Indies Trips will not be shared with 3rd parties.

Account/ Password & Profile 


How do I change my email address? 

You can change email address by going directly to 'my profile' > Edit profile and here you have access to make any changes in direct relation to your profile, once you have completed changes scroll down and click save changes. 


How do I reset my password? 

You can change password by going directly to 'my profile' > account parameters. It's worth nothing to change password you'll need your current password. 


How do I cancel my account? 

To delete account, please send an email to support@westindiestrips.com with the title “Delete account”. A member of our team will send you a message to confirm that your account has been deleted. 




When will I be charged for booking? 

It is worth nothing that you will not be charged for a booking until it is confirmed. Once the hosts accepts your request ,the payment will be processed and collected by West Indies Trips. 


What methods of payments does West Indies Trips accept? 

All the payments on the website are secured and are made via (Payment Gateway of Choice). You can pay via Mastercard, American Express or Visa.  


How do i add my payment details? 

You can manage your payment method in the Account section of your profile: 

  • To enter your payment information you have to 

1.Click on "Payment Details" 

2.Fill the blanks with the requested information and save.  


Can I pay in any currency? 

Yes. Via (payment gateway of choice) if you pay with credit card, your bank will handle the neccessary and convert the money in the currency you specify.  


Why should I use your payment system to pay local? 

Our payment system is 100% secure, reliable and easy. We accept various payment methods. by keeping communications and transactions on West Indies Trips you are respecting our terms of use. 


It is worth noting that we do not release a payout to local until 24hrs after the experience. This is an extra guarantee ensuring the traveler that his money is safe and secure until they complete the experience. 


How do i get a refund? 

To obtain a refund you must contact West Indies Trips by writing a message to support@westindiestrips.com. Please note that refunds will only be made according to our cancellation policy or in very special circumstances. 


How do I cancel my reservation? 

Up to 24 hours before a booked experience is due to take place you can cancel your booking and we will refund 80% of the initial payment made, taking 20% as a cancelation fee. If you cancel your booking under 24 hours of the experience date or if you don’t show up at all, you are not eligible for a refund.

-Name of the local 

-Date of the book activity 

You can also cancel your activity directly from your user  dashboard. When you log in, all your activity reservations should be displayed. Here you can just click the cancel button (Once complete your reservation status should change to "cancelled".) 


 What happens if “Local” cancels my reservation? 

When a local cancels a booking via West Indies Trips, you will receive an automatic email from West Indies Trips explaining that we have credited your account with the initial amount. You will then be refunded directly to your bank account.
